Jerome Vincent Carter

Jerome Vincent Carter is a well-respected husband, father, pastor, author, professor, educator, and motivational speaker. Growing up in South Central Los Angeles, the fourth of eight children, Jerome V. Carter had plenty to write about. After graduating from Manual Arts High School, he earned a B.A. degree from Loyola Marymount University. He obtained a Master’s degree from Cal State University, Dominguez Hills that included teaching and administrative credentials. He then went on to obtain a professional administrative credential from Cal State University, Long Beach. In addition to over 30 years of experience as a minister, teacher, professor and assistant principal, Jerome has a wealth of experiences to draw from and write about.

These experiences have led him to create some awesome and powerful poetic writings and quotes from his heart, Inspiration 52. Jerome believes in making a difference and seeing lives changed, starting with himself as the ultimate example. He is in demand as an inspirational speaker in various settings from correctional institutions to universities. He currently resides in Long Beach, California, with his wife, Tracey, and their three children, Jamaica, Jalin, and Jael.
